Easy Berry Smoothie

An easy snack or breakfast on-the-go when you are short on time.
This creamy berry smoothie is so quick and easy and super tasty.
You can use fresh of frozen berries. I usually use frozen berries. Frozen berries also result in a much thicker smoothie which I like.
Additionally you can use replace the berries for another fruit alternative. I try not to use too much fruit in my smoothie sand instead try to include more vegies. But use whatever produce that you have.
My smoothies always taste different as I tend to use whatever fruit and vegies I have on hand.
Berries are a good option as they are much lower in natural sugars than other fruit such as banana’s and pineapple. And vegies are obviously very low in natural sugars.
I also like to include buckwheat flakes or quinoa flakes to make this delicious smoothie even more filling and more of a meal replacement, more of a breakfast option. In terms of adding green vegies, I usually opt for spinach or celery to make this smoothie even more nutritious. Ensure you experiment to find your favourite concoction.
I always choose organic fruit and vegies when possible.
I hope you enjoy this Berry smoothie
