Your initial meeting will:
- Help you clarify your wellness priorities
- Discuss your lifestyle and any pressures you may have
- Allow you to discuss any food intolerances or allergies you may have
- Introduce you to the Taste Success Recipe Book and Programme Guide
- Get you started for your first two weeks of the programme.
Fortnightly appointments will support your progress. During these appointments we will discuss how things are going and talk through your progress. They also help you learn about a new, healthier approach to food. I can also answer any questions you may have about food, cooking, and healthy eating.
At each appointment you will receive the shopping lists and meal plans for the next fortnights meals.
