In terms of my slightly more serious side, I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health & Wellness Coach – throughout my education I studied under many of the world’s top health & wellness experts (including David Wolfe, Deepak Chopra MD, Mehmet Oz MD aka Dr Oz, Christine Northrup), was exposed over 100 of the most cutting-edge dietary theories (Ayurveda, Gluten Free, Paleo, Raw, Vegan, Macrobiotics, to name a few) and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.
My passion is first and foremost, my family. And secondly, health and wellness and in turn inspiring others to implement sustainable lifestyle changes so they feel better and more energized. I love to work with clients on a one-on-one basis through a short/long-term programme where I provide a supportive environment and together we collaborate to achieve your goals.
